An inquiry focused on the house, - its interior places and its outdoor context.

Every house is first a geometrical object of planes and right angles, - asking the viewer how such rectilinerarity so welcomes human complexity, idiosyncrasy,

inhabited space and geometrical space.

The house is a nest for dreaming – a shelter for imaginining.

Setting is more than scene in a work of art, it is often the armature around which the work revolves. Elevating setting to its rightfull place along side character and plot

Space understood as a grid of determinate positions. The practices enabled by the specialization of ground convert it into a foundation for change. It is the act of dispalcement of the commonalitys, the known. The act of displacing or the state of being displaced, the disruption.
This thinking about building does not presume to discover architectural ideas, let alone to give rules for building. This venture in thought does not view building as an art or as a technique of construction; rather it traces building back into that domain to which everything that is belongs.
